Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we may be unable to accommodate your request as the order may have already entered processing. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident that our products will meet your needs, and we encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to fully experience their benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return the items after 14 days and within the 60-day period of our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, that contains a product in good condition is not classified as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at bbezzaro@gmail.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a free replacement. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including issues caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping-related factors. If you encounter problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
